Marc Rigau, a PhD student from our institute, published together with Adam P. Uldrich and Dale I. Godfrey from the Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity (Melbourne, Australia) a review on γδ T cells in Immunological Reviews. In particular, they discuss recent advances in understanding phosphoantigen recognition by γδ T cells and the role of butyrophilins in the underlying molecular mechanism.
